De Lucanet implementatie ging razendsnel, binnen enkele dagen hebben wij ons verouderde SAP-systeem kunnen ontsluiten. De implementatieconsultant van Arithma is zeer toegankelijk, heeft uitstekende systeemkennis en een brede financiële achtergrond. Dit hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren.
De implementatie van Lucanet is onder de vakkundige begeleiding van Arithma snel en soepel verlopen. Het aantal consultancydagen dat nodig was, bleef ook precies binnen het afgesproken budget. Voordat de gebruikerstraining begon, waren alle technische zaken al geregeld. Het voorwerk omvatte ook het importeren van onze rapportagestructuur.
