The Lucanet application has various certifications, including ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3402. This indicates that the tool can support proper financial reporting. Part of this is that you must always be able to point to who changed what when something has changed. This means that whether you are refreshing an import, creating or changing a manual journal entry, or reallocating an account, you must always be able to see who changed what.
The change log file can easily be accessed using the following symbol:
You can report on the change log in various ways. Within the audit trails, you can always see an overview of which journal entries have affected the figures and when. Here you can also see whether journal entries have been removed:
In addition, you can also use a specific change log report to create an overview of specific changes, for example in the account structure, for a specific period. You can also report on changes made by a specific user.
You can create the change log within a folder structure in Lucanet. Make sure that in the properties of the worksheet you indicate that you want to be able to create the report element on the worksheet.
You can then create a new report within the worksheet. Choose report type #110:
