About us

Arithma is a boutique consulting firm that primarily focuses on the sales, implementation and
support of Lucanet software. This software helps mid-sized companies solve
challenges in the areas of consolidation, budgeting and reporting. In doing so, we teach our clients
how to operate the software themselves, while also aiming to be a valuable business partner for the
financial executive responsible.

The role

As a consultant, you make the difference for our clients. You help them implement the
Lucanet software and provide smart solutions and support. You do this both on-site and
remotely. You will have the freedom to work independently, but you will never be on your own: we share knowledge and best practices within the team. This allows you to develop into a true subject-matter expert. And initiative? We value and reward it.

What will you do?

• Implement and optimise Lucanet software for clients
• Contribute ideas and build innovative financial solutions
• Model and improve finance and business processes
• Translate client needs into concrete advice and results

What do you bring?

• A strong affinity with Finance and IT
• Experience with BI and DWH applications
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Knowledge of consolidation software such as Lucanet is a plus
• Academic level of thinking and working
• At least 3 years of work experience
